Tru Doty, Richie Coleridge, Jay Sharkey, Jim Koleman (L-R)

Nearly a thousand participants, including a dozen world class men and women runners, (new course records set by both) were treated to world class entertainment following the 2016 Patchogue Kiwanis Toy Trot.   Shown on keyboard Tru Doty, bassist Richie Coleridge, Jay Sharkey  on the drums and Long Island Blues Society President, and all around great guy, Jim Koleman,  vocal and guitar – leader of the band!

Their entertainment made the after party an event all by itself as the runners were treated to a phenomenal “after party” with awesome, runners’ cuisine. Patchogue ShopRite donated all the water, bagels, and fruit for the event again this year.

A special Thank You for the craft beer from the following New York craft breweries:

1940’s Brewing Company, Holbrook
Brickhouse Brewery and Restaurant, Patchogue
Keegan Ales Brewery, Kingston
Spider Bite Brewing Co.   Holbrook
